Hoe we elke aanbieding controleren

400 offers are live in the US right now. Here is exactly what stands behind each one.

  1. Step 1Read

We read each offer on the store's own site and keep the page URL and the time.

  2. Step 2Test

Where a person applies a code at checkout, the card names them and the date.

  3. Step 3Rank

Freshness, shopper votes, real saving and confirmed orders decide the order.

  4. Step 4Remove

Past its stated end date, or unconfirmed for 7 days, an offer is relabelled or removed.

The four labels

These are the real components the offer cards use. Hover or tab to one to read its tooltip.

  • Confirmed by real ordersA tracked order used this offer 20 hours ago. This is the strongest proof we have.A tracked order used this offer in the last 7 days. It outranks every other label. It appears once affiliate conversion data is connected for that store.
  • Tested by {first name} · Oct 20{first name} applied this at checkout on Oct 20 with a US billing address.A named person applied it at the store's checkout with a billing address in that market. Shown only with that person's name and the date.
  • Verified 2h agoWe saw this offer live on the store's own site 2 hours ago. Offers drop to "Not yet verified" if we can't re-confirm them within 7 days.We saw it live on the store's own site, at the time shown. This is the label most offers carry today.
  • Not yet verifiedWe haven't confirmed this offer at the source yet. Check the terms on the store's site before you rely on it.We haven't confirmed it, or we couldn't re-confirm it within 7 days. We say so instead of hiding the date.

Where offers come from

From the store itself. Every offer on CoupStore was read on the brand's own site, and each card links to the page we read. We list a code only when the store prints it. If a brand runs its discounts through the link instead, the card says Get deal and there is no code to reveal.

When an offer comes down

The moment the end date the store stated has passed. Offers we read by hand drop to ‘Not yet verified’ if we can't re-confirm them within 7 days. Once our crawler is connected to a store, an offer it can't see for 72 hours is removed. If shoppers report an offer failing more often than working, it drops to unverified until we re-check it. We never invent an expiry date and we never show a countdown that isn't real.

The catch, up front

Minimum spend, maximum discount, who the offer is for and when it ends sit next to the headline, before you click. ‘Up to’ offers carry a MAX marker because they are a ceiling on selected products, not a rate on your order. Subscriptions show the renewal price next to the intro price.

How offers are ranked

Score = 35% freshness + 25% the share of shoppers who said it worked + 20% real saving on a typical basket + 20% confirmed orders in the last 7 days. ‘Up to’ savings count at half value. Commission is not an input, and no store can pay to move up.

How we make money

Some stores pay us a commission when you buy through our links. It never changes your price and never decides whether an offer is listed or where it ranks. Full disclosure · Editorial policy.
